ABUTILON HEREFORDSHIRE BELL

Pale salmon is probably the best description of the flowers on this charming cultivar; the flared petals are delicately veined in darker shades. The long arching stems probably look best when supported but, with judicious pruning, a bushier shape can be achieved.

Hardy to around 0C to -5C. Sun or semi-shade. Any reasonable soil. 100 cm to 120 cm.

We originally sourced Abutilon Herefordshire Bell from the holders of the national collection: it is a T3 introduction from 2011.

Abutilon Herefordshire Bell is a half hardy evergreen shrub with maple like foliage and pendant rich pale salmon bell shaped flowers in spring, summer and autumn.
