Snowfall, as the name suggests, has medium sized flowers of pure bridal white, exceptional in their clarity. It’s a fairly compact grower with a pleasingly bushy and well branched habit. The earliest reference to this cultivar appears to be mid 1990s on the website of US nursery Logee’s. Now hard to find but worth seeking out.
Hardy to around 0C to -5C. Sun or semi-shade. Any reasonable soil. 100 cm to 150 cm.
Abutilon Snowfall is a half hardy evergreen shrub with maple like foliage and pendant pure white bell shaped flowers in spring, summer and autumn.
