ABUTILON LINDA VISTA PEACH

Abutilon Linda Vista Peach is an attractive cultivar, with apricot-coloured flowers (shouldn’t that be peach?) tinged with red in the centres.

Probably late 20th century. Linda Vista is the F1 seed production company based in Costa Rica and founded by Claude Hope, who developed the Bella series, so we assume this is one of his. Compact in habit, so good in a patio pot.

Hardy to around 0C. Sun or semi-shade. Any reasonable soil. 100 cm to 150 cm.

Abutilon Linda Vista Peach is a half hardy evergreen shrub with maple like foliage and pendant peachy apricot bell shaped flowers in spring, summer and autumn.
