ABUTILON MASTER MICHAEL

Abutilon Master Michael has cherry red flowers held on dark stems; he’s a sturdy young chap, a strong grower, and will make a fine bushy shrub in a short space of time.

This cultivar has been in circulation since at least the 1990s. There is also a Master Hugh, which we can date back a bit further, to the 1960s.

Hardy to around 0C to -5C. Sun or semi-shade. Any reasonable soil. 100 cm to 180 cm.

Abutilon Master MIchael is a half hardy evergreen shrub with maple like foliage and pendant cherry red bell shaped flowers in spring, summer and autumn.
