ABUTILON PENCOMBE

Pencombe is a prolific bloomer, producing a succession of nicely shaped flowers in a warm peachy pink, with clearly defined dark orange veining and pale calyces. It has a fairly lax habit so does best with some support. A good candidate for a warm wall.

Hardy to around 0C to -5C. Sun or semi-shade. Any reasonable soil. 100 cm to 150 cm.

We originally sourced Abutilon Pencombe from the holders of the national collection: it is a T3 introduction from 2008.

Abutilon Pencombe is a half hardy evergreen shrub with maple like foliage and pendant warm peachy pink bell shaped flowers in spring, summer and autumn.
